Collaborative Therapy Network (CTN) is a growing, team-oriented group practice dedicated to providing thoughtful, ethical, and high-quality mental health care. We are currently seeking LCSWs, LSWs, LPCs, and LACs to work part-time and full-time in our Livingston office, providing therapy services to children and adolescents.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child development, family dynamics, and child-focused therapeutic interventions, including play therapy. This role is designed for clinicians who are committed to helping children build emotional regulation, coping skills, and healthy communication within the context of their family systems.
Responsibilities
- Utilize play therapy techniques and interventions as a core component of treatment
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with parents/caregivers as clinically appropriate
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Participate in supervision and consultation as needed
- Adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards
Qualifications
- NJ licensed or license-eligible clinician (LCSW, LSW, LPC, LAC)
- Demonstrated experience working with children and families
- Training and experience in play therapy required
- Strong understanding of child development and family systems
- Ability to engage children in therapeutic work using creative and interactive approaches
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with parents and caregivers

Compensation: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour
