Collaborative Therapy Network (CTN) is a growing, team-oriented group practice dedicated to providing thoughtful, ethical, and high-quality mental health care. We are currently seeking LCSWs, LSWs, LPCs, and LACs to work part-time and full-time in our Livingston office, providing therapy services to children and adolescents.
About the Role
This position is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about working with kids and families, values collaboration, and wants to be part of a supportive practice that prioritizes clinical integrity and quality care.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy to children and adolescents
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with parents/caregivers as clinically appropriate
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Participate in supervision and consultation as needed
- Adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards
Qualifications
- NJ licensed or license-eligible clinician (LCSW, LSW, LPC, LAC)
- Experience working with children and adolescents
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Comfortable working collaboratively with families
- Experience with anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, or behavioral concerns preferred

Compensation: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour
